Please note that the shipping address is taken from the PayPal registration (PayPal payment template). If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this when placing your order.

The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, we cannot change the shipping method or address once we have shipped your orders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

TRACKING AN ORDER

We will send you a notification as soon as your order is ready to ship, providing the tracking number for your shipment and a direct link to the carrier’s package tracking website. This email will include your order number, which you can use to track your item’s shipping status as well as the shipping date of your order. IMPORTANT

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package due to an address issue, a return shipping fee will be charged if you request a refund, along with a 30% restocking fee.
